Always superb service and unbeatable location. I enjoyed the extremely basic room and clean bathroom. Extensive continental breakfast, it cost me gbp 4 per person. Restaurant in hotel was huge and the pool area was nice.

delightful staff, best possible location adjacent to overnight trains, the old town and lake. great food, reasonably priced. clean and small hotel in hoan kiem district. all in all the stay was nice, we would stay there again.

Everywhere was fairly clean, staff were EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY, very comfy bed. I had the superior queen room which was luxurious and big size. The location was five star, just a short walk away from a famous prison. The service at this ideal central hotel was extraordinary.

Meal in the morning was delicious, splendid views and peaceful location. The helpful staff was much appreciated. There was a beautiful restaurant, the shops and a market next door. With easy check-in and late check-out, this hotel was sweet.

I liked this hotel: tasty breakfast and my compact room. Outstanding view, a beautiful balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. A lot variety of restaurants to eat close by, like bach phuong restaurant that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Service was exemplary there. Besides, free wifi in all rooms was a bonus: )
